Seasonal Prayer Cards

Changing seasons in creation often reflect the changing seasons in our lives. Many of us have cycles of fruitful and creative periods followed by dry and seemingly unproductive times. We experience setbacks and accomplishments, sorrow and joy, hope and fear, and often after failing up to our own hopes we discover forgiveness.

For many years we have offered seasonal prayer cards – summer, Advent and Lent in particular – to connect with those seasonal opportunities for renewing our experience of God and being in conversation with the Divine Shepherd.

The hundreds of friends with whom I retreat, chat, explore ideas and ways to pray have guided me to patterns and prayers that actually stimulate and foster healthy listening to God in quiet.
